To  motivate our field force LIC of INDIA floats various competitions every month. These competitions come with various distinctions from Branch Level to Divisional Level To Zonal Level To Central Office Level. After results are declared after few few weeks , we invite winners for honoring as per their Level of Achievements.

At every level there is a Head of The Chair to honor winners, for example Branch Manager is the head at branch Level, Sr. Divisional Manager  is the head of Division Level, Zonal Manager is the head of Zonal Level & Chairman Sir is the head of Central Office Level.
