So we Recruit people as LIC Agent with the Basic Educational Qualification of 10th std & above. We give advertisements for recruitment . The applicant need to fill an application form where he/she needs to provide his/her basic details along with following documents – Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Academic Certificates, Cancelled Cheque and 2 passport sized color photographs.

After applying we will put you under a 25 hours IRDA Exam Training (Online/Offline). The IRDA exam is a basic commonsense based exam focused on Insurance Sector. We will provide you all the Literature & Materials needed to clear the exam. Right Now the exam is a one hour affair ( Bilingual in Hindi & English) where you have to solve Objective types of 50 QNs in that duration. The total mark is 50 and to passing marks is 36% i’e 18 Marks out of 50 Marks.

There is ‘No Negative’ Marking, that means you will be awarded 1 mark for a right answer & 0 mark for a wrong answer. It is important to know that it is the discretion of IRDA to change T&Cs of the exams anytime. However to pass IRDA Exam easily I will provide you a bilingual IRDA Exam Questionnaire PDF File which will help you clear the cutoff mark to pass this exam. After Clearing the exam you will be called for documents verification & a  personal interview with Branch Head. Finally when you will complete your first proposal you will be allotted your agency code & Appointment letter.

In short You will Need to submit your documents as mentioned above, then you will complete your online training of 25 hours duration. After that you will appear for the IRDA exam and need to pass it out with with at least 36% marks. Then interview & Registration of your first proposal.

Recruitment Procedure – 

  • Documentation => Pan Card, Adhar Card, 10th Certificate(Xerox Copies), Cancelled Cheque, 2 Passport sized recent photographs.
  • Registration, Training & Examination Fee Rs. 750/- (Non Refundable).
  • Interview & Documents Verification – It’s a post examination process.
  • Product Training.
  • Completion of 1st Proposal & You will Be allotted Your Agency code which will be a unique number with the Lifetime validity
